Returns

To arrange a return or get help with an order, contact support@footbagstore.com with your order number. We will provide the return address and instructions.

14-day returns in the European Union

For consumer orders delivered within the European Union, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return your purchase, without giving a reason. This withdrawal period starts on the day after delivery to you or someone you designate other than the carrier. If items from a single order arrive separately, it starts on the day after delivery of the last item. A deadline falling on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday is extended to the next working day.

Email us before the deadline with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You can use the form below or write your own message. Your notice takes effect when sent and does not require prior approval.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, return eligibility and deadlines follow the applicable mandatory consumer law.

How to send your return

After notifying us, send your items back without undue delay and within 14 days. We will promptly provide the return address by email. Please use this address rather than a supplier address or the sender address on the original parcel. Keep proof of postage.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage and packaging costs. There is no restocking fee.

Pack the items securely and include all components of the product or pack being returned. You may open and inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Handling beyond this, such as outdoor play, soiling or damage, may result in a deduction reflecting the loss in value. Original packaging is helpful but is not required to exercise your withdrawal right.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If there is a problem with your item, email support@footbagstore.com with your order details and a description. Photos can help us resolve the issue. Contact us before paying for return shipping so we can arrange the appropriate return method.

These claims are separate from the 14-day change-of-mind period. Your legal guarantees apply, including the French two-year guarantee of conformity from delivery and the guarantee against hidden defects where applicable. Depending on the conditions set by law, remedies include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Necessary return costs for valid claims are covered where required by law.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs required by law. When the whole order is returned, this includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra cost for upgraded delivery is excluded. For partial returns, delivery costs are refunded as required by law.

Refunds are issued without undue delay and within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the items or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first. We use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund.

Choosing another item

If you would like a different item, follow the return procedure for an eligible purchase and place a separate order for the new item. Replacements for defective or incorrect goods are handled through the process above.

Other return details

Discounted and handmade items have the same statutory return rights as other goods. A statutory exception applies only when its legal conditions are met and you were informed before purchase. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
